LAND OF PROFITS LTD is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team in Bangalore. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales. 

Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities

· Build and maintain strong client relationships

· Conduct property viewings and presentations

· Negotiate and close sales deals effectively

· Stay updated on market trends and property values

· Prepare and deliver sales reports

· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets

Skills and Qualifications Required:

· Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

· Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
