About the Role:

As a dance instructor, you will:

• Teach group and/or private Salsa and Bachata classes (beginner to advanced levels)

• Prepare engaging lesson plans

• Assist in studio events, socials, and performances

• Help students grow in confidence and technique

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Salsa (On1/On2) and Bachata (Dominican/Modern/Sensual)

• Previous teaching experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and passionate about teaching dance

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with choreography or performance teams

• Social media or promotional skills

• Ability to teach other Latin styles (e.g., Merengue, Kizomba)
