🔍 Role Overview

This position supports Precious Metals business across various operational functions, including trade processing, metal clearing, ETFs, balance sheet management, reconciliations, and physical/shipping transactions.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Trade Processing: Handle precious and base metals trades, including outgoing confirmations and invoices. Provide support for Front Office, Operations management, and various stakeholders.

• Daily Reconciliations: Review daily reconciliations, ensuring any discrepancies are thoroughly investigated.

• Physical/Shipping Movements: Ensure accurate processing of all physical/shipping movements in compliance with the latest financial crime and compliance policies.

• Client Queries: Effectively handle client queries and contribute to all new due diligence requests.

• Collaboration: Forge strong working relationships with line managers and support staff within the Metals Operations team in London, Hong Kong, and New York.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Experience: Experience in trade processing, reconciliations, or operations within the precious metals or financial services industry is advantageous.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
