Job Description:

Everyone Active is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Fitness Motivator to join our fitness team. If you’re passionate about health and wellbeing, love working with people, and enjoy helping others reach their goals, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

As a Fitness Motivator, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality fitness experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging gym inductions, fitness assessments, and personal programmes

• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with members

• Maintain a clean and safe gym environment

• Monitor equipment and ensure it is used safely and properly

• Lead small group training sessions or fitness classes (if qualified)

• Actively promote Everyone Active services, memberships, and personal training

• Work closely with the fitness team to achieve site performance goals

Qualifications Required:

• Essential: Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym-based)

• Desirable: Level 3 Personal Training or other relevant fitness qualifications

• First Aid at Work certificate (or willing to work towards it)

• CIMSPA membership (or willingness to obtain)
