We are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Analyst to support our Artificial Intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, translate them into AI use cases, and support the implementation of data-driven solutions. You will analyze data, define KPIs, and help bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI-driven improvements across business processes.

• Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and success metrics.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to support AI model development.

• Conduct impact assessments and develop business cases for AI solutions.

• Monitor performance of deployed AI solutions and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AI, data analytics, or tech-driven environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data structures, and model evaluation metrics.
