Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Plan and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand tone and aesthetic

• Collaborate with the creative team on photoshoots, reels, and campaign launches

• Monitor performance metrics and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.)

• Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and interact with our audience

• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors

• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion or lifestyle

• Strong understanding of content creation and digital storytelling

• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Later, Hootsuite, Adobe Suite, or similar

• Analytical mindset and experience with social media analytics

• Excellent copywriting and communication skills

• Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of our target audience
