Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager with proven experience in selling financial products. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals across a range of finance solutions including loans, asset finance, and other funding products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the finance sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and intermediaries.

  • Present, promote, and sell financial products tailored to client needs.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal and closure.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

  • Provide excellent after-sales support, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.

  • Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored finance solutions and proposals.

  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales performance and pipeline activity.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience selling finance products (loans, asset finance, working capital, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of financial services and funding options for businesses.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to build strong client relationships and networks.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business generation.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
