We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager with proven experience in selling financial products. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals across a range of finance solutions including loans, asset finance, and other funding products.
Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the finance sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and intermediaries.
Present, promote, and sell financial products tailored to client needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal and closure.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Provide excellent after-sales support, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored finance solutions and proposals.
Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales performance and pipeline activity.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience selling finance products (loans, asset finance, working capital, or similar).
Strong understanding of financial services and funding options for businesses.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships and networks.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business generation.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
