We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Care Workers to join our team in providing high-quality personal care and support to residents in care homes across the UK. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care including washing, dressing, feeding, and toileting assistance.

  • Support residents with mobility, including safe use of equipment and aids.

  • Encourage residents to participate in social and recreational activities.

  • Administer medication as per care plans and training.

  • Monitor and record residents' health, wellbeing, and daily activities.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the care home environment.

  • Follow care home policies, health and safety, safeguarding, and infection control procedures.

  • Report any concerns regarding residents' physical or emotional health promptly.


Salary & Benefits:

  • £13.50 – £19.50 per hour (depending on experience, qualifications, and shift patterns)

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required — full training will be provided

  • Compassionate, caring, and empathetic nature

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Physically fit and able to carry out care duties

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

  • Basic English speaking and understanding skills (IELTS UKVI 4.0 or equivalent preferred for visa purposes)

  • Must meet eligibility requirements for a UK Skilled Worker Visa
