Land of Profits is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Agent to join our team. As part of a growing real estate company, you will be pivotal in connecting clients with high-return investment opportunities and assisting them with property rentals and purchases. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients, including investors and property buyers, through targeted outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to assess their investment goals and real estate needs, offering expert guidance on our property options.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct detailed presentations showcasing our property portfolio, including both rental and investment opportunities, emphasizing potential returns.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements with clients, ensuring both the client’s objectives and company goals are met.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and updates on new opportunities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay current with market trends, investment rates, and competitive offerings to strategically position Land of Profits as the premier choice for real estate investment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and property management teams to ensure accurate and timely information reaches prospective clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools, preparing reports for management to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Agent or in a related real estate sales role, preferably within the UAE or international investment property markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve sales targets.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of real estate investment concepts, ROI calculations, and risk assessment.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and investors.
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., Arabic, Turkish) to cater to a diverse client base.
