A Finance System Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving financial software systems. They ensure accurate data reporting, support financial operations, and assist in optimizing system functionality for enhanced decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance and administration of Finance systems.

  • Work with stakeholders to know more about the business requirements and enhancements in the design system.

  • Monitor use of the system, and resolve technical problems promptly.

  • Integrate business applications, like TMS, HR, and CRM, with finance systems.

  • Lead the team in implementing modules, and integrations to ensure smooth deployment.

  • Conduct system upgrades and releases by following best practices and reducing downtime.

  • Stay updated with system enhancements and train users on system capabilities.
