• Develop content and learning assets to address certain needs and objectives.

• Write technical documents in detail with the scope and learning objectives taken into consideration.

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand upcoming product features, and alterations.

• Maintain learning content to keep various assets updated.

• Innovate learning assets by seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to ensure technical content accuracy across documents.
