A Technical Consultant provides expert advice on technology solutions, system integration, and software implementation. They work closely with clients to customize solutions, optimize system performance, and ensure successful deployments aligned with business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support to existing customers for Lenvi Riskfactor applications.

• Work with a certain time span while resolving issues. Adhere to the clauses in the Service Level Agreements, and be prompt in responding.

• Track all support cases with the help of Jira Helpdesk.

• Create, test and deliver hotflix and minor changes as per the control processes.

• Perform basic troubleshooting along with analysis of data and system performance.

• Customize and configure the Lenvi Riskfactor product based on the clients’ needs.

• Conduct regression testing with the help of automated and manual test scripts.

• Find out defects through a tracking system like Jira, Confluence, or MS Team Foundation Server.

• Create test plans and execute the scripts and results.
