An Cloud Infrastructure Analyst provides strategic leadership in designing, managing, and optimizing cloud environments. They oversee cloud adoption strategies, ensure security, scalability, and cost efficiency, and align cloud solutions with overall business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and fix cloud infrastructure issues and services.

• Fix operating system and Windows Server VM issues.

• Monitor events with Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, and SCOM.

• Configure PaaS and IaaS resources in Azure Monitor.

• Follow ITIL processes to manage incidents.

• Work with the MBG service desk, and other teams.

• Maintain tasks and present reports accordingly.
