Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate Education Consultant to guide students and their families through academic planning, school/university selection, and application processes. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the education sector, with a deep understanding of admission procedures, academic requirements, and student counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized academic counseling to students based on their educational background, goals, and preferences.

• Advise students on course selection, career paths, study destinations, and suitable universities or schools.

• Assist with the entire application process including documentation, essay writing, interviews, and visa guidance.

• Keep up-to-date with admission requirements, deadlines, and procedures of global institutions.

• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, academic institutions, and other stakeholders.

• Conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars on education and career opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of student profiles and application statuses using CRM tools or internal systems.

• Follow up with students regularly to provide updates and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience as an education consultant, counselor, or in academic advising.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Strong understanding of international and local education systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

• Proficient in using MS Office and CRM platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with overseas education markets (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia).

• Multilingual skills are an asset.

• Certifications in student counseling or education consultancy.
