The position requires close collaboration with technical and sales teams to align offerings with customer needs and business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective customers through cold calling, social media and email campaigns.

  • Build rapport with prospective clients and introduce them with the range of products.

  • Comprehend services or products thoroughly to communicate the benefits to prospects.

  • Offer assistance to deliver sales presentations and showcase benefits of using products or services.

  • Maintain relationships with clients in the IT domain throughout the sales process.

  • Keep a record of sales activities, and interactions with clients. Input relevant and important data into the CRM system regularly.

  • Generate leads from different sources and try converting them into customers.
